Rain Bird Plastic Electric Inline Irrigation Valve - 0.75-in
Description
This Rain Bird irrigation valve is built for below-ground installations. Suitable use with any standard sprinkler timer, it operates electrically with a 24 volt timer or manually by turning the solenoid 1/4" counter-clockwise. The energy-efficient, low-power encapsulated solenoid features a heavy-duty construction that resists power surges. This inline valve has a manual bleed to clear debris. Made for water environments, it has a reliable, non-clogging design with reverse flow functionality that prevents leaks and flooding.

hi, i need Rain Bird electric valve CP-070, only the black valve on 4th picture. Not the 1first picture in grey. What color is this valve on the box, black or grey? It's not the same valve. Thanks.

do you need the 3/4 inch or 1 inch inlet? If 3/4, the CP-075 in either color should work.

Rain Bird Plastic Electric Inline Irrigation Valve - 0.75-in is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Mark from Worked great out of the box Before you install the valve, make sure that you flush out the upstream line. I had cut the upstream line to install this valve. I was being lazy and did not flush the plastic cuttings out of the line. So they ended up between the diaphragm and the seat in this valve. The valve would not completely shut off. I had to disassemble the valve and clean out the debris. It was easy enough to do. But save yourself the hassle and DON'T BE LAZY! There was absolutely nothing wrong with the valve or the design. This was totally my fault. I would definitely buy it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Paul from Repair Parts [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to rebuild my irrigation system, as roots from a nearby tree had infiltrated it. I was able to disassemble the new and old valves and swap out all the parts. End result, good as new! Rain Bird is a quality product that has served me well for many years and I look forward to working with them for years to come.
